To Enter: Shoot a 1-2 minute video on student voting and upload the video to the Campus Vote Project Facebook page. First, “Like” Campus Vote Project. Then, click on “Photo/Video” below the Campus Vote Project banner. Upload the video and in the description box put in “Entry for Campus Vote Project Video Contest”. Include the school’s name and student group in the description. Tell your friends and campus to vote for your video by "liking" your video on Facebook. The video with the most "likes" wins a $500 grant for their student group to help get student on their campus to the polls this fall. The contest closes on July 20, 2012 at 11:59 pm EST.
Must be Non-Partisan: All videos submitted must be non-partisan in nature. The video may not mention support or opposition towards any candidate running for office or political party. Any video that contains a message in support or opposition of a candidate or political party will be disqualified and removed.
Copyright: The contestant warrants that he or she is the sole author and owner of the contest Submission, and that the contest submission completely originates with the contestant, that it does not infringe upon any copyright or any other rights of any third party of which contestant(s) is aware, and is free of malware.
Intellectual Property Rights: All videos submitted to the Campus Vote Project Video Contest remain the intellectual property of the individuals who developed them. However, Campus Vote Project and Fair Elections Legal Network with a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute and exhibit the submission/winning video in any and all formats or manner for educational or promotional purposes consistent with Campus Vote Project and Fair Elections Legal Network's mission.
