ALL IN Recognizes 2022 Student Voting Honor Roll

May 17, 2022

After historic college student voting rates in the 2020 election, student voting champions are preparing their fellow students at colleges and universities around the country for the 2022 midterm election. The ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge (ALL IN) is honored to recognize a national cohort of student voting champions who have worked to institutionalize nonpartisan democratic engagement and increase college student voter participation through the 2022 ALL IN Student Voting Honor Roll.

ALL IN is proud to recognize 82 students from 29 states on its 2022 ALL IN Student Voting Honor Roll for their nonpartisan voter engagement efforts for statewide and local elections in 2021. These students represent both private and public colleges and universities, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Minority- and Hispanic-Serving Institutions, and community colleges across the country. Additionally, these students have served with or been supported by partner organizations like the Andrew Goodman Foundation, Campus Compact’s Newman Fellowship, the Fair Election Center’s Campus Vote Project, Civic Influencers, and Student PIRGs.

ALL IN has recognized students with national awards at ALL IN Award Ceremony events in 2017, 2019, and 2021 with individual Standout Student Awards and recognized an additional 25 students on previous student voting honor rolls. With an increasing number of campuses participating in ALL IN and a proportional increase in student nominations for these limited recognition opportunities, ALL IN has expanded the ALL IN Student Voting Honor Roll so any institution participating in ALL IN can nominate a student to be recognized annually each spring.
