Meet Blake Robinson, Georgia Southern University’s Student Government Association (SGA) President.
Robinson is a senior criminal justice and political science major, planning to practice law in his hometown of Valdosta, Georgia after graduating from Georgia Southern.
Robinson said that one of the SGA’s primary objectives this year is to grow the ‘Eagles 4 Eagles’ fund.
The initiative aims to provide financial support for students to help them stay in school despite temporarily unfavorable circumstances. Robinson said the initiative is important because “first and foremost, we are students, and regardless of our positions in the SGA, we are students striving to assist others.”
